When do you start learning class feats?

I was wondering because I was using a feat calculator and it always has the minimum of level 9 and a maximum of level 80, it said I could spend 79 points. I haven't started playing the game yet, just planning out my character before i get the game, but shouldn't there be 80 points to spend?

You start at level 10.

The calculator starts you at level 9 because you don`t have any feats used. As soon as you use 1 Feat, it puts it to level it (where you get your first feat)
