Alan Wake: The Signal User Review
- Difficulty:
- Just Right
- Time Spent:
- 10 Hours or Less
- The Bottom Line:
- "Almost, but not quite"
if you buy Alan Wake new you get this add on for free... but near the end you realize that its basically just an add for the next add on. don't get me wrong this is still worth playing and is actually kind of funny, but all you really do is put light on words to create what they say. this isn't as stupid as it seems but the whole add on is about that. there is a very cool part in it though where you light a bunch of words that make fire show for a second killing all taken in its path. sometimes in slow motion. this will make you say "whoa" multiple times. the only real problem with this add on is the ending. You feel like you still have at least half an hour left of game play but it ends very quickly adding no answers to what happened (in the full game or add on) I haven't played the second add on yet but i think that you might need to play this one first.

Well, it's short, sweet, and to the point but doesn't really get you anywhere.
