New approach to story telling, but still something of an fps

There is a good plot here somewhere, but horrible combat and cheap scares bury it.

I have to say if you been waiting for a good thriller game this is a must get for you.

I really enjoyed this game. The game play was a combo of shooter and action play, some puzzle play and interactions.

A labor of love by master craftsmen of the horror genre. Games like this only come around every once in a while.

Horror yet amazing game, draws your attention and makes you to know its whole story as soon as possible, in short EPIC.

Exciting and expertly constructed tense, psychological thriller with a degree of comedic whim not often seen in games.

Ironically, it was originally announced for the PC, but then it came out late earlier this year.

Not Bad

The story and graphics are the best aspects of this,not so scary and beautiful game.

Overrated overhyped , No auto attacks slow run speed out of ammo all the time.

Alan Wake is best described as "already seen it all". Storyline has enormous potential but uses only 20%.
