I've never really been able to play FPS games because they make me sick when I play. I had to get this game though because of the subject matter. For some reason I was able to play this game for hours and never got sick. The game play is pretty straight forward and the graphics were pretty awesome.
You get the choice to play as either a Predator, an Alien, or a Marine. Each one having a variety of weapons of course and having different objectives. The Predator was my favorite character to play because of the weapons and skill. This was the first game that I ever played which had the ability to schange the screen view (as the predator) so that you can see infra-red.
This game gave me one of my first game "scares" too. When I was playing as the Marine and went to the main hive of alien eggs and they started to open...I freaked out. Shortly after you take out all of the eggs the queen alien comes to life and that's a scary boss fight as well.
I truly wish that I had held on to this system just to be able to play this game from time to time because I really enjoyed it back when I had it.
