Aliens Infestation for Nintendo DS

just bought this game for my 3DS and its...amazing...the best Aliens game i ever played and one of the best 2D adventure games i played in a long time

Nope, you are blinded by nostalgia. Alien 3 is a bad game. It was playable back in the day because we didn't know any better or have anything better at the time.

But Infestation is everything Alien 3 should have been.

The only Alien games worth owning are:

Infestation -- DS
Resurrection -- PS1
AVP 1 -- PC
AVP 2 -- PC
AVP -- Arcade

I played Alien 3 for Genesis yesterday and it's still decent.
I own all Alien games except Resurrection.
Going to play Aliens (Arcade) by Konami and Alien 3 The Gun today.
And that nice.

When it came to consoles

Alien 3 on SNES
AvP on Jaguar 64.

For PC the good ol AvP 1 and 2. Even the 2010 is far superior to this junk ACM. Anyway I'm glad ACM is dying...stuff like this should be buried next to ET cartridges.

We agree that Aliens Colonial Marines is the bestest and it not dying because we recently bought two (2) more copies (regular version) as gifts and that's great.

Alien 3 on SNES was a MUCH different (and better) game than the one on Genesis.

I'd play A3 on SNES over ACM, but not on Genesis. That game was puerile filth.
