I cant WAIT! It has been a long time since a game gave me a tingley gut feeling!

This is a must buy for me I never owed any other AVP and now this one is calling my name.

I cant wait.

I can't wait to ripp my opponents to shreads. One thing I don't like though is playing as the alien in third person, I really enjoyed AVP 3s first person view

Honestly not very impressed. Voice acting seems a bit better compared to alien vs predator. But I really dont feel the atmosphere of a survival horror game.

I hope this has "Infection" or where 1 person starts as alien and must ill everyone else till last man stands.  Aliens/Marines > AVP by far

I can't see how this game could go wrong, Pitchford and Gearbox have shown an enormous amount of dedication and fanaticism to this game unlike any other, for them its not just a game, it's their dream.

It seems like i have been waiting forever for this game. Cant wait to rip open my collectors edition.....

I don't know about you guys,but I enjoyed almost all of the games about aliens and predators until now.Needless to say I am a huge fan of the alien and predator movies.I read a lot of bad comments about the Aliens versus Predator game of 2010 and I disagree with those comments.I believe that the game captured the theme of both the aliens and predators,It wasn't perfect,but it was good.Lots of gore,too!

Wow. That is all I can say. That got me pumped.

Man,I am so anxious to play this game.I am a huge fan of the alien movies(well the first and the second to be exact),the comic books and games.I am certain that Gearbox is making an excellent game as we speak.

I am sure that this game will rise to the expectations of the fans of the alien franchise.I have one question:will you as a colonial marine find Helen Ripley,Newt,Bishop and corporal Hicks at some point in the game?

I see a lot of videos for multiplayer; which worries me that the single-player sucks...and the developer knows it. I'd much rather see developers focus on a quality gaming experience, whether single player or multiplayer...but too often they split their efforts and make a game that's garbage on both fronts. I still haven't seen anything that redeems this game from the "too heavily scripted" first glimpses that we got last year.

Co-op play may very well save this game.

For all those thinking this is 4 vs 4, you are all wrong. The mode that is 4  vs 4 is called escape. Look it up and do your research!

Has this replaced the Co op Horde style mode they were planning? I hope not I'd rather fight swarms of AI Aliens than a small squad of them which I know are being controlled by a bunch of normal people. Takes the scare out for me personally. 

This is definitely the best looking Unreal Engine game to date. I can't wait for this. I can't decide if I should get it for Wii U or 360 though. I hope they have more coverage soon.

Games like this should be PC only!

They had survivor on AVP 2 god I miss that game so much!

I hope this turns out great. I know Sega isn't making it, just publishing it, but they still need some help. Gearbox does a wonderful usually. Lezz do diz!

From this trailer I get the deja ve feeling from Dead Space 2 multiplayer which isn't a bad thing really.  Of course the dead space 2 multiplayer suffered greatly in my opinion of spawn killing inwhich could be the same problem Colonial Marines may suffer if GearBox doesn't approach its "survival mode" in a different way then Visceral did. 

I guess in the end I would like to see big maps, a variety of different weapons the marines can preload before a match begins, character customization such as uniforms and race that sort of thing and finally unique short cuts through each map the opposite alien side can use to ambush the marines.  I know sounds like a tall order but hey COD has proven the better quality multiplayer the more people you draw to the game right?

This looks very promising.

Looks good, although I am kinda hoping for a larger Marine team vs. a larger amount of Xenos. Maybe 8 marines v. dozens of bot controlled enemies. Yeah, yeah balance I know but that would be pretty sweet.

Damn, I am a huge fan of Aliens and a huge fan of Gearbox - I hope this mix will result in smth extraordinary awsome!!! Who would even think it past about 26 years after the second alien movie, I did not even exist in this world. THIS GAME MUST BE AWSOME!!!

Playing as Aliens: is it a 3rd person view, or can you change it to first person view like the marines?

The AvP franchise is garbage! This game is the sequel to Cameron?s 1986 movie masterpiece Aliens, which got four stars. Gearbox is playing around with tension & anticipation by adding door bypass equipment, blowtorches, and turret robot sentry?s all while you?re being attacked by aliens in multiplayer. Stay exactly true to the movie cannon and Gearbox will make an outstanding game!

I just hope this game is not consolised and a shit game like AVP3 was.

doom 4 + this = spoilt

Honestly looking forward to this game. I'm expecting some good dramatic tension, maybe a scare or two, and a decent plot. The plot will probably rely on the fans to fill in the blanks to make the game seem better, but I've no doubt it will be solid.

I'll be honest, this game doesn't look half bad anymore. I hope it will able to keep up the feeling of fear and apprehension for much of the game.
