They have a bunch of vents that you can enter into within that little area. You need to find an open vent right around the perimeter of B03. When you get in, look for a small little hole. It has smoke coming through it. It doesn't look like the normal vents you are used to seeing. It will then give you the option to go through.

The vent you are looking for is between the two small buildings its near the main gate where you jump over if you was playing as the predator
