Does the game have offline co-op or deathmatch modes?

I am about to rent or buy this game and I am wondering if the game has a co-op or deathmatch mode that's offline. Such as the survival mode is that co-op offline or online? Thank you if you are able to answer the question.

    Unfortunately, all multiplayer options are online only.

    Survival mode is single-player offline or co-op online. There is only single player options offline.
