i remember plaing in AVP2 as a marine - the heart was always pumping and it was intense. I can barely wait the five days left for its release. I'll prolly take the day off work to play it - shh don't tell the boss.
okay as a marine in this game u must crap out your heart like 200 times a game haha i know i did in the demo haha really good game right here people and only people who are afraid of the dark and who cant handle it say the graphics are bad or the demo was bad haha
The demo for this game was great! And yes kubb724... I was stoned throughout several hours of play, which made it uber-great. All of the species are sexy and able to efficiently take the others out. Going to go nuts waiting to play the rest of the maps and game types. Just a week's wait left... Sigh.

and yes i see its unbanned but only because SEGA gave them a demo that was most likely CUT in some way but wen its released they will probably take it and BAN IT SO SUKA FOOO

cant wait for this. watched predator today in my excitement lol. funny how the Pred in this game actually has better effects than that film. (although the film is still amazing.)
@-combat- sorry dude but avpfacehugger is right while there are face huggers in the game they are unplayable so you can't play through the whole life cycle.

Actually, it was unbanned in Australia. I'm having mixed feelings about the game from the videos I've seen, but hoping for the best. This game if done right, has the potential to be one of the best games ever. Forever. @AVPfacehugger If there is absolutely no life cycle, then why are there videos of people being facehugged? If you look carefully there are a few marine "kill moves" shown. I do NOT like the Smartgun sound, I hope that isn't what it is in the game. It sounds like a mini-gun.
Playing as a marine is more of a FPS horror and some parts with the darkness all around your just waiting for somthing to happen and 8 times outta 10 you will crap yourself, where as playing as Alien is more of a stealth based fast action gameplay. Predators are a mix of the both but insted of being horror based its more tactical action based. Each adding their own elements to this game which makes it a must have even if you only like to play a sone of them.Everyone of them have cool finishing moves the only difference is for the Marine because you have no stealth or cloaking abilities, but with a strong plasma rifle (just 1 example) you can critically hit a 1 hit kill (Aim for head ro heart) which is classed as a kill move. Marines in my oppinion are best to play solo mode for the story and horror feel, for multiplayer id go for either the Alien or Predator, hunt em down and strike fury upon them :)...
The marines are the ones getting the crap beaten out of them because they kill things with guns, hence no real cool killing moves, and the title of the movie is "Kill Moves"
This game looks sick. Theyre not really giving much reason to be marines though. Every trailer I see has marines gettin the crap beat out of them
This will be money well spent. I also hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is no alien life cycle. If I am wrong please tell me.

@red-drybones The Marines cannot, and should not be able to man-handle an alien or Predator but on the bright side, if you catch a beat on either one, they'll be disintegrated in seconds. Lets say you have a smart gun and catch a pred, uncloaked plus out in the open for example. You light him the f@#% up, there's gonna be bioluminescent predator bits all over the place...it'll be glorious, but the point i'm trying to make here is with the marine's weaponry you'll be dismembering extraterrestrials left, right and center. If that's the case, who needs trophy kills, when every casualty you inflict will be a puree'd mess. WORKS FOR ME! : D

Never in any trailer have I ever seen some much death. This looks really impressive especially that you can play as all 3 species offline and in versus multiplayer. Damn I may have to get a second job.
