We speak to Anarchy Reigns producer Atsushi Inaba about what to expect from Platinum Games' over-the-top brawler.
@Koruptshin There is actually talk that Bayonetta will be a character in AR... Currently it's just a rumor, but given how over-the-top AR is turning out to be, I would be surprised if they DIDN'T throw her into the mix.
looks like i could squeeze some fun out of this, just like when i messed around with Wu Tang Shaolin Style
instead of making this game how about a streets of rage game with a brandnew engine no one has seen before with brand new mechanics no one has seen before...and spend some time on the game so it doesn't look or play likes it's been rush...
i don't know but mindless button mashing is not my thing and this video makes the game look exactly like that. Thumbs up if you agree.
interesting, and very well done to the developers. I wish this every success. But this is not my cup of tea
Ugh, this game has a serious case of Diarrheal Engine 3 look going for it. The lack of any hues but brown, a grating prevalence of roughness to every texture and the sub par frame rate. I didn't know Platinum games of all people were licensing that abomination of an engine, I am sad now, but at least they did it for a multiplayer title that I have no interest in to begin with. I hope for their next game they will go back to whatever they used for making Bayonetta's colourful crisp and fluid world.
looks not impressive multi-player, but lets see story mode might have some guts to level up with other game now a days...
When was this first announced? And its coming out so soon? The premise is solid enough but from the looks of things it could use a bit more work...button mashers anyone????
Not really into rap, hopefully we can use custom soundtracks, other wise sound effects only for me. Jack looks like he plays exactly like he did Madworld, which is perfect. Can't wait to destroy online.
I'm really looking forward to this game being that I love Bayonetta and Vanquish but I'm not so sure how this is gonna turn out. I have absolute faith in Platinum Games but I have some very strong doubts about a multiplayer brawler. I don't know, we'll have to wait and see.
