A few questions

I'm going through the training missons and need advice on the following: 1. How can I get the training mission goals to get displayed in the tutorials? You get an outline and what you have to do and how to do it but usually I forget :s 2. How do I climb in a helicopter transport? I can order all my squad in but cant climb in myself :s
