2 Like you can't really compare b3 and arma 2/3. yes they are fps's but are different types of fps. where b3 is more of a more realistic arcade shooter, arma goes for complete realism in every aspect which makes it what? oh yeah EFFING simulator. Its not trying to beat b3 in its game, but be the best in its own
As of now no game can beat BF3, except BF4 on next gen ... just saying that give an orgasm already.

ARMA 2 is amazing..it owns Battlefield 3 , it really does, Battlefield isnt even in ARMA 2's league.

Played arma 2 a fair amount, and although was buggy as hell (maybe reslvd now, i hope) was still an awsome game. Spending hours waiting, sounds boring, but was tense.Will be one for purchasing thats for sure. Although battlefield 3 is awsome too, its not the same.
@King_TigerMK3 - Really? That is what makes you mad in life? You know you can turn voice chat off? I get more annoyed when people don't know whether to use 'their', 'there', or 'they're'. That's just me I guess.
1 Like arma 2 still has a HUGE community its simply the best open war simulator there is to date bar none, this isnt COD though or even BF2/3 one bullet can and will kill you, jets and arty need forward observers who can calculate fire missions CAS is deadly but difficult to get on target fire fights take place at ranges of 200m plus and map reading and land nav skills are needed to play. This isnt a kids game.
Arma games are always good, looking forward to this one. Honestly though I still prefer Battlefield games over these but thats just my opinion and also a bad comparison to bring to the table.
this is the real deal, this ain't no CoD crap, and coming from a console gamer that is major vocabulary.

2 Like It's too bad ARMA is full of more European jank than anyone could imagine. Gameplay and sound is horrible. Makes for nice screenshots though... Lets hope ARMA III changes all that.
