The thing thats so weird about this whole thing is, why is Bohemia so insistent that they were just on holiday??  I makes it sound like they were just snooping around military compounds on their own..

There may be more complicating the issue, but if Bohemia would go to bat for these guys, it could help clear the air. Right now it appears that if they were just doing game research, they have been thrown under the bus.  And with the Dev studio basically turning their backs to these guys, they are gonna have a super hard time fighting this, right?

I'm curious what the relationship between these guys and Bohemia is at this point, do they still have jobs?

One could almost make the case that these guys were just using their jobs,( making military combat simulation games) as a front and a reason to get close to military bases, which is probably what the prosecutors will say..

I Just don't get why the hell Bohemia won't help these guys out, something seems fishy to me.

@cannedstingray Perhaps it's because if they stick to the story that they were on holiday, then the argument can be used that these two guys were merely interested in the military base because it's their hobby, (that's why the are working with ArmA III). It's impossible to prove otherwise. However, I don't know what constitutes spying in Greece. I got told off once for taking a picture of a large mansion in Rome. This security guard came over and deleted my photo and then gave me a mouthful and I don't even know what I'd done wrong.

And at the end of the day, we don't know why they were taking these pictures. We cannot speculate, but the fact is we don't know.
