How do I access bonus DLC levels?

I have the NTSC version, but I believe that both are the same when it comes to accessing the DLC maps.
Go into Campaign Mode and choose any of the four options. Let's say you go into Single Player. Go into Select Mission and Map options will come up. All of the usual places from the main game will come up, so you'll just have to go through them to choose whichever one you'd like to play.
Kiev and Miami Alternate Ending should also be listed, and it will say "Army of Two: Veteran Map Pack" below it in smaller text.
