After a hyped launch army of two looked like it would be the perfect game, awesome co-op, cool weapon customisations and bad ass characters.
After reading numerous reviews i was so dissapointed with the "flaws"in the gameplay that i decided not to pick it up. It was only till a buy 2 get 1 free deal that i got it. Since getting the game i was immediately hooked, the co-op campaign is so innovative it is hard to fault. I have only played it with friends so i dont know how the AI is to respond, but with this type of game you are meant to play with others, not with AI (Which in my opinion have numerous faults in all games).
I was surprised to find a solid multiplayer component, which i hope they spice up in the 40th day, although the online community is virtually dead the couple of games i played were extremely fun.
The game is however slightly short, it is still action packed from the get go.
Conclusion-
DONT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS, this is a good solid co-op shooter.
Actually i am prepared to say that this is the best co-op shooter out there right now.

The potential is there but they failed to capitalize.

Army of Two shows great Co-op abilities, but the rest of the experience is very contrived and broken.

The necessary tactical coordination with either the human or AI partner makes Army of Two a more than average shooter...
