A bunch of doctors have gone missing in my game!

I've been checking my Rome map, and I'm missing almost all of the doctors that have those outdoor tables (the non-renovated ones) when I check it against this one: achievementhunter.com/games/guides/acb/. Is anyone else finding themselves exploring Rome with doctor stalls without, you know, the doctor? I could really use some advice. It's the only thing standing between me and a perfect AC quadrilogy completion.
