There are many people ranting about Ubisoft lying to you. Have you ever thought of the fact that Ubisoft will definitely lie or hide some info to us to avoid SPOILERS?
For me, I don't care if my nation is the enemy of the game or if the protagonist slaughter thousands of my kin for as long as I enjoy the game and I know that it is just fictional.
2 Like The worrying thing about this game is its marketed as historical and it is very anti british, mentions of tyranny and opression and getting freedom. None of which the war of independence was about.
Its like a xenophobic mel gibson version of history.
@Dominicobaggio Well the previous games were historical as well. I don't think anyone serious believed that the Templars actually sought after some supernatural artifact or that an alien structure was discovered in the 18th century :/
@Dominicobaggio I agree. So they did this as not to offend "Assassin?s Creed 3 US trailer censored to remove American troop slaughter" but they are happy for the British to accept mass slaughter on their side. I mean come on!
@AmirLegend23 AC3 ftw my friend I do not need to comment on the singleplayer for obvious reasons :) as for your question about multiplayer yes it does have a really strong multiplayer that rewards quick thinking and observativity also there is a lot of action too but you must be smart and not run around like a fool except if you want to make a trap for your pursuer in two words: play smart
It showed some scenes with his hood off. I wonder if we'll be able to take it off when ever we want?

@cr00107 The tomahawk and battle axe are two different weapons in the video as well.
2. Dragoons can dismount.
First off a Tomahawk is not a battle axe, and second why are the dragoons on foot? Finally, awesome.
I remember when it was cool for assassins to kill just one person, and sneak away unnoticed.
@GreySeven As much as I love AC games I don't think they should be considered proper stealth games, not when you're a one man army capable of squaring off a whole platoon of troops without taking damage
Look guys, we don't know for sure if Conner going to be mainly killing Brits or both. It's too early to say Ubisoft lied about Conner being on both sides. Maybe we'll get a chance to choose, or maybe we'll play on the American side until the end when it turns out there was an American deceiving Conner the whole time, and then we have to kill Americans. Maybe they just don't want to tip their hat by showing that part of the story. I don't know.
1 Like At 0:39 you can see Connor, covered in blood, screaming as he smashes an axe through the skull of a redcoat. That is pretty awesome :)
@funk_189 People don't like being lied to period. I understand, pretty much any major country is going to go through heavy criticism and categorizing. Of course, I'd like to actually play the game before everyone starts telling me that Ubisoft was lying. Mixed messages? Yes. Are they lying? No one knows, and until the game is out I'm not going to believe anything either.
Tomahawks and bow and arrows, battle axes, that should do for now. I will adjust as the situation arises.
I think the pistols and the rope darts look pretty awesome. Hopefully they won't throw the original gameplay out of wack though

@IgotEpixx It isn't exactly American's Creed.There is a part in which Conner actually says something like i don't give a crap about the patriots.
1 Like @gamefreak215jd Don't get me wrong, it's not killing Recoats I have a problem with. God knows Brits have been villains plenty of times.
The problem is with Ubisoft seemingly lying clean through their teeth, considering how "Connor doesn't care about the war" but very scarcely shows him off'ing any Colonials.
Conner is so much more brutal then ezio or altiar. Idk if this is a good thing or a bad thing.
1 Like @mateyman not necessarily, some British affiliated soldiers wore blue coats, the Kings German Legion and the Royal Engineers spring to mind.
3 Like @mateyman True he kills 1 or 2 out of about 50 in this trailer. Thing is, British gamers honestly don't care if the game is entirely about killing Brits, we're used to international criticism and people can make whatever games they want. The problem comes from Ubisoft giving out mixed messages. Brits just don't like being lied to by Ubisoft, it's somewhat insulting.
