Another popular franchise cashing in on the multiplayer bandwagon, how poetic. I dare devs of a popular franchise to go against the grain and NOT include multiplayer.
Another shitty MP add on. What happened to people at Ubisoft who were responsible for that revolutionary Spilnter Cell MP experience?
The game is going to be 60 dollars for console owners anyway. there is no use complaining about multiplayer just because it is there.
Personally I enjoy it and think it adds a good bit of content to the game.
This game sucks, it's such a piece of crap runescape ripoff. Also, ubisoft treats their pc community like shit.
I never preoder an ubi game anymore. Simple. So many people posted so many suggestions to improve MP gameplay. And as far as I know, they never replied. Nor did they ever change anything to please the players. Basically, they have no communication with their community at all.

I haven't played Revelations. Does the MP still make you join a random game instead of letting you see a list of open games?
So many high profile kill perks... completely ruins the multiplayer aspect. It went from a totally engaging and novel MP portion to CoD where everyone is sprinting, plus they basically punished the crap out of people going for stealth kills by removing the bonus unless you trail your target (which is unrealistic and never works)
Given I lost all interest in Assassins creed after the second, this strikes me as looking pretty decent.
While it has never been its strongest addition to the franchise, I do think it makes for some exciting games when playing with a bunch of your friends.
i was really hoping they would do away with multiplayer, its the worst part of the assassin's creed series, theres no need for a multiplayer, ubisoft is really getting annoying now.
what i hate the most about ubisoft... the way they promote their products. sometimes they exaggerate about possibilities in their games so bad that it is close to lying. with brotherhood for example i remember them saying that you can customize the assassins that you rally. that you can choose to make them light and fast or heavy en deadly. but in the end the only real thing that you have choice about is the color of there clothes. And almost with every assassins game they say that they made/make the AI more aggressive and they won't wait as much until you kill them this ac game they say it again but a few videos later they introducing a new counter attack which makes it possible to kill targets that attack at the same time making it totally irrelevant that the AI wont wait for you to kill them at least that's to be seen but knowing ubisoft that will be the case and besides walking up a guard in assassins robes that every guard can recognize becuase you wear them every day with all kinds of sort of weapons sometimes even drawn weapons and still walk past the guards unless they really guarding something without even them thinking or getting suspicious or try to arrest you for your crimes the day before that's kind of a fail to me. i would freak the fuck out if someone dressed ass a stereo type assassin with weapons walks up to me or by me. Ubisoft does this alot they make something great and than fucks it up with this kind of disappointments. I mean i still think this game is great i have countless hours in ac2 ac brotherhood and ac revelations. but they don't take it far enough. and this happened also to the mass effect franchise such a great story and game but the last one was one of the worst games i ever played and they fucked up a whole franchise... because for fucking up the end of the story they fucked up the whole story.and because of this reasons i don't pre -order anymore. First i want to know what the quality is of the things i buy and ubisoft cant be trusted when they are promoting games that still has to come out.
Yes, "killed and eliminated", since stunning is also a way of eliminating players. Multiplayer in Revelations was awesome, and it was relevant story-wise too! And tbh, AC doesn't need any more combat, or it will become something totatlly else than _Assassin's_ creed...
Perks?... I hope they aren't trying to integrate COD with this game... Anyways, I can't wait for the wolf pack mode. It looks sick.
Why does this filthy trash get decent multiplayer features when far more worthy titles still get nerfed?? I'm hating PC...
@TheBlob2k4 Go play Custer's Revenge
Only true fans play both the multiplayer and campaign since the multiplayer is also part of the story, and anyone who played the "Lost Archives" DLC for AC: Revelations will know why there is even a multiplayer story-wise. Ubisoft are such geniuses!
im not gonna touch the MP until there is combat in it. AC games are about navigation, stealth and combat. taking one of the three core elements out is detrimental to me. not interested.
All lies, this isn't AC3, there aren't British people getting their faces impaled by Bayonettes/Tomehawks.
Jokes aside, AC multiplayer is actually pretty decent, so i will enjoy playing this (though i am disappointed by the lack of new features).
P.S. what's with the long-haired, Final Fantasy looking dude? @2.04
Looks the same as brotherhood and revelations just with a couple more game modes :( that's extremely disappointing.
It amuses me greatly that the narrator is Zevran, the assassin from Dragon Age: Origins. Although, he seems to have lost his accent...
Online co-op could be tons better. They could've made scenarios and missions available for us that could be played in the single player style. Our own assassins with our own gear and loadout.
