I don't know why they keep continuing the Desmond thing. If they're never going to make it interesting, they should drop it. From the very first game, every time the scene has started to shift back to Desmond, I've sighed and said, "not again..." and that's not a sign of a good character.

The tree climbing looks great and the animations are so fluid and nice.

I have no idea what these video are about with these crazy titles

 @johnnybowman lmao, I was thinking the exact same thing. It's nearly impossible to find these staff reaction videos to the games you want, I don't think many of them have been linked to their respective gamespaces and you can't search for them other than sifting through the pages of E3 videos manually.

Just going to reiterate something here. The enemies dont just wait around for you to kill them. They never have. If you look closley in this game, their trying to reload and it used to take forever to reload a musket. As for the older games, the other guards would get in a flanking maneuver and they would also attack at the same time sometimes. Their not all gunna bum rush a guy who is swooping and dodging with a blade coming out of his wrist...

The story of Assassin's Creed III is the continuation of AC Revelations?

On offense but I think maybe someone besides kevin should review AC3. Its not that he doesn't do a good job, but having a tattoo of the Assassin's symbol from in game tends to make me think he might be a little biased in favor of the game and a wee tad un-objective.

Is that Alex Navaro in the background with the pinch beard near Miss Shaunie's head? God I loved that guy. Guys like this made Gamespot popular, now it's filled with questionable characters. Questionable because I can't say profanities without having my comment deleted, so I restrain....

I hope once you have completed the game you can somehow change seasons at will. or sleep until another season. IDK thats a horrible idea. I just dont want to wait for the forest to dry then have a limited time before lakes get frozen over.

The wildlife aspect reminded me of Red Dead. Anyway the game does look quite exciting compared to the previous games. New weapons, new enemies, new situations and all of that. Also the addition of ship combat is something that does look like a good addition.

Why do they say that you kill one guy at the time when in the demo we see two guys attacking simultaneously?

 @Andrecosta13

 You also see the other guys trying to reload. It took forever to reload those old time muskets, so their not really just standing around...

He said it perfectly... organicly laid out.  Too many games look like crap is there just for you to grab on to or climb on, looking out of place. Thats what makes AC amazing... everything feels real and organic.

I'm still picking my jaw off the floor after witnessing The Last of Us.  But, I haven't forgotten about Assassin's Creed III.  The game looks like it will completely reinvigorate the Assassin's Creed franchise.  I was especially shocked by the naval battle shown at Sony's conference, but I also enjoyed seeing Connor hunting a deer and the way the snow slowed his movement.

they need to take the combat system used in the new batman games because the one AC has now makes the ai look stupid, other than that the game will still kick @$$

 @sknight175216 I'm guessing that this was filmed right after the Ubisoft press conference and they hadn't seen Sony's conference yet.

Very Excited about AC3, the series is closing on the 2012 date so I'm sure we'll get plenty of time with Desmond, though we haven't seen much yet.  Digging the environment, changing seasons the addition of non human elements.  Should be pretty darn good.

Haha, I think this is the first time I've seen Kevin's Assassin's Creed tattoo, heard a lot about it though! But yeah, AC3 looks really impressive, I just hope it has more content and less collectibles this time around. I'm actually down with the whole naval battle gameplay, could be fun if done right.
