They went over that in the vid. If you give Batman prep time, you have to give the same prep time to Spider-Man. It wouldnt make much of a difference, they're both super smart. Spider-Man's spider sense alone is what makes the difference. It literally makes Batmans stealth approach even more useless than it was against Bane in Dark Knight Rises.

Yeah but Batman is one of the greatest strategic minds of all time, and has infinitely more resources than Peter Parker. If what other have said, that the punisher has beaten spidey, then without a doubt Batman could beat him

Spidey's no idiot. If he knew he was going up against Bman, he could come up with something probably as easily as Batman could. He did make his web shooters and he's a borderline scientist. Batman would have to make something to affect Spidey's powers, while Spidey doesnt have to come up with anything that complex since Bats has no powers.

Its a coin flip, i say.

Spidey's spider sense has been taken out by gadgets before, so it's not that difficult to take out of the equation. Still, one punch or two from Spidey and Bats is going down.

Batman is armored and has beaten several superhumans. Bats doesnt stand there n take hits.

Spidey has beaten on people plenty of times but theyre never knocked out in one hit. I would say it depends on the situation or enviroment.

Spider man with time to plan =/= batman with time to plan, in any universe.

Batmans super power IS time to plan, hes basically unstoppable with that. Spidey has whipped a few gadgets together but hes never been shown to be a tactical genius who can take down the entire justice league despite having zero powers.

Spider-man is probably one of the most notorious heroes for pulling his punches and holding back in fights.

Two unfair Matches So far. Why did they pit a Human against Spiderman? -_-. Theres Better out there in DC. This was bad and made To make DC look bad as always. WW lost to rogue and i cant wait to see them make Superman lose. Heck just pit him with the one above all.

Death battle is biased as Proven The Cloud vs Link match where Cloud got his worst accessory and Weapons, while link was armed to the teeth. Another Death Battle flaw, They use Gameplay mechanic and try to Prove Canon with it.

i expected Batman to lose though. Not many Guys like DC. Even though Spiderman would win, i think Death Battle is Biased and makes unfair Matches and shouldn't Be used in Debates.Well, no ones using em anyway.

Well Death Battle logic in the Wonder Woman Vs Rogue fight was that If Rogue had no trouble absorbing the power of the Juggernaut then she should have no trouble absorbing Wonder Woman.

However Juggernaut is on the same level as gods like Thor and Ares. and Rogue can't touch them without overloading her body and dying.

but seriously couldn't Batman just, you know, shoot spiderman somewhere it wouldn't kill him? I mean if he can shoot a god, he can easily shoot spiderman.

Is it really possible that Spiderman would beat Batman so often or so easily? Isn't Batman one of the few people who could stand a chance of beating Superman? (not necessarily would beat him, but if anybody could it would be batman) How can spiderman be more of an obstacle than Superman?

I think you guys might be sleeping a little to much on the bats

Actually the picture i supplied was from the tower of babel storyline, in it, it is revealed that batman has kept plans on all members of the league with the purpose of incapacitating them or killing them. The plans are stolen and executed by a villian, temporarily taking out the entire league.

technically bats didnt do it himself, but with his "time to plan" he successfully took down the whole league, if only temporarily.

thats why i said spiderman with time to plan is not in the same league as batman with time to plan.

I agree with the outcome, Spider-man would definitely beat Batman in a fight.To everyone saying that Batman beat the entire Justice League that's not exactly a strategic feat. They all have super obvious weaknesses that he knows about from spending tons of time together. Spider-man doesn't have an obvious weakness like that.

Even giving Batman prep time I don't see what he could come up with. I doubt he could deduce a precognitive danger sense let alone how to stop it or that some random pesticide was his weakness. Even if he did nullify the Spider sense, Spider-man can dodge machine gun fire at point blank range so I doubt Batman could hit him even with it disabled. A point that the video glossed over was Spider-man's durability. He broke a boxer's wrist by just tanking the punch. Spider-man like Superman has to roll with the punches of weaker people or they get hurt. So if Spider-man wants to he can just stand there and tank the hits and laugh as Batman hurts himself.

Bat's wouldn't need to hit Spidey with anything to throw off his spidey sense, presuming he used the same method Doc Ock used. They were some type of machines that gave off some kinda counter signal and barraged his spidey sense with too much info. Those machines he just let loose into the environment, he didn't have to tag Spidey.

That being said Doc Ock came up with that after alotta time watching and fighting Spidey. I don't think Bats would be afforded that luxury.
