How do I get M-COM defender ribbon?

Is it just kill enemies near the station or disarming them?

In order to get the M-COM Defender points you have to kill an enemy soldier while he's arming the M-COM station in Rush mode. I forgot how many times you have to do this but it should be around 3-5. Check the ribbon for the exact number of kills you need to acquire the ribbon.
