Yeah, I bought a brand new laptop cause I need the new processor to power some of my absurdly powerful software. But this opportunity arise to give me a reason to buy Battlefield 3, I got the Pre-Ordered version, which is a shame cause it only have the Back To Karkand map-pack and lack the Physical Warpack, apparently this sort of premium is available to anyone who pre-ordered or buy the game in-store(so much for the Pre-Ordered hype :P)

I played the game, and found out the singleplayer everyone hate about is not a complete crap, not disastrously bad but still not above its surface compare to many mind blowing FPS single. The game shows some unique pattern(well little) on the perspective of two soldiers from different world almost got into a war on each other to stop a terrorist organization. One of the biggest letdown that make me dislike the singleplayer is the lack of Jet control in the singleplayer, which is replaced by a scripted air combat that control using only mouse and aim enemy aircraft, which is kinda disappointing, I don't mind crash a few times cause getting jet practice is a whole lot better than dive straight into multiplayer, which the air-combat is unforgiving and unpredictable. I love the tank battle section, cause ts the few place you can actually see the big wide battle take place, with is an improvement to Bad Company 2 Tank Battle section. Overall, I like the singleplayer, just that it lack the adrenaline rush YOU usually get from other FPS series.

The Co-op, man the co-op, if you have a brother like me, who also pre-ordered the game and play it as well. Then you are in luck, cause the multiplyer is by far stands out absolute superiority to the singleplayer of major FPS, including the one in Battlefield 3, enemies are relentless and will rush in to take your lives if you like play hero and gun and run, literally everywhere enemies will attempt to suppress you then rush to knife you and your teammate, there is no checkpoint, so a death or all teammate down will result a game over and start all over again, cover is absolutely a must, and your co-op teammate is you lifeline, support, saver, suppressor etc, I and my brother having an absolute blast in the co-op, cause we help each other to cross the dangerous path that littered with tactical enemies with the tendency to toss grenade and shoot while his own guys reload, making teamwork a absolute must, and the game difficulty and co-op reward unlocks makes this game more replay value than the singleplayer, too bad is to damn short, too short. Cause by the time we craved for more, it ends. Co-op is also the reason for me to actually talk to my brother, which he has been busy and more FACEBOOK focus(like me), we suddenly discovered that Co-op games brings brothers together, which is good thing considered the giant monster FACEBOOK thingy that make my brother reliance that we can actually never chat with each other, under the same roof for over 2 weeks........which is disturbing cause I knew the FACEBOOK flash game is more evil than real games. Overall, besides the short length, Battlefield 3 co-op is a absolute blast.

Multiplayer, Howrah, this is the part that makes Battlefield 3 the king of multiplayer, beating all my previous all best FPS multiplayer favorite, like Counter strike series, Team Fotress 2 play for free :P, and even the Call of Duty series, even the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, with all my skills is absolutely nothing in this game, where you can literally get run-over by buggy cars and tanks, get shot up by helicopters, get pound by heat seeking missiles and get lost, only to get run over by buggy again. I won't spoil the good part, so be a good gamer and buy Battlefield 3 and play its main course.
The only issue I had is the multiplayer server, which sometimes crash my Battlefield 3 before it is even launched, justified since my internet isn't the 100mb per second type, but if the multiplayer is launch, the only way to stop it is if everyone leave the server, kicked out for cheating or turn the game off, which required sheer will and determination, talk about the willingness to turn off the best first person shooter multiplyaer I ever played. Overall, this part is th'a BEST!!!

Graphics......screw it! Beside the weird glitches I experience in the singleplayer and occasionally co-op, it never got in the way.

Overall, if you don't mind the minor glitches in co-op and want something big, go for Battlefield 3!!! Just please go easy on me when you see me, cause I sort of at my worst :P
