what trailor are y'all watching that's so amazing? @ckarthik17 glitch effect? cause there's nothing there to begin with, I've seen nothing from the trailers to suggest this game will be worth more than bfbc2, for which I payed $5 and am glad I didn't any more than that because wth.. I'm going to go play BF2142 now and dream about what could have been ;_;
Is it now tradition to wet your pants when watching any kind of trailer? Well, I did just that.
I can't wait to destroy the buildings that my campin teammates hide in during the entire match. jk but I hope that thhere will be huge maps to get lost in, like Battlefield 2
:) i played them all from doom to cs to cod nearly kinda all but Battlefield was always the intense of them all. Pls dice manage it somehow to get also 64 player to multiplayer in consoles, that was the point bc1-2 could never reach bf1-2 we need the big multi fights :D @dcbattle you cant compare a action shooter like cod with bf :) its like comparing mario cart with gran tourismo
For multiplayer, the BF games were much better than CoD. Especially 2142, which had the best maps for intense and prolonged firefights. Look forward to this one.
I actually kind of thought this trailer sucked, but hey, it was a teaser. What could I expect from something that's meant to tease people into wanting it more? ;)
I'll never the comparisons to Modern Warfare. I remember playing BF2 and there being a commander, squad leaders, vehicle drops, [spoiler] artillery strikes, tanks, hummers, dune buggies, 32 players per team, gigantic maps, simultaneous naval, aerial, and ground combat, AT Mines, vehicle repair, med packs, ammo bags, kamikaze attacks [/spoiler] ... and the list just seems to continue to go on from there. CoD seems to be a completely different game at this point, and battlefield delivers quite a different experience, albeit a more intense experience. I cannot wait for what's to come in BF3; I'm especially looking forward to and hoping two to three times the building collapses than were in Bad Company 2.
I love all BF games. I dident like BBC2 at start, but now i love it. Battlefield 2 was the best in series:) this will be even better, and i hope the map are large:) they would be almost for sure:) CoD sux. it cant compare, its a child game placed in side to side with BF3
@clsid The reason they do these weird trailers is because for one, they don't want to give much away, and two, there not done with there game yet.
FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank god. I am getting sick of COD. Anyway, the new game engine, Frostbite 2, is supposed to be the most powerful game engine ever!!! I CANT WAIT! I'm gonna need to save. A lot of good games this year, MW3, Skyrim, GOW3! I'm pre ordering this today!
they should add skyskrapers, lol XD just imagen a cod fan campin at top and all of a sudden there free fallin 100s of miles to grownd cos the sky scraper has been detonated 50 floors down lol ultimate fail, take that biest gamers
Hope it will be a good game finally. Not an overhyped overrated OK game like 'Battlefield 2'. But we'll probably get all this cliché stuff they use in games today again...
Battlefield 2 is still the best and this game, even if it just has improved graphics is going to rock. Even Battlefield PlayForFree is awesome, but releasing crappy trailers like this does very little towards helping the cause.
False, the bad companies were great games. I have not played a game with a better multiplayer experience than bad company 2. Especially that snoozefest Black Ops. Extremely excited about this game though.
DAAAMN... If this game is as good as Battlefield 2..... (The bad companies were just not very good games) I cannot wait for this game now
Can't wait for this game, I hope they add planes(don't think so, just stick with da choppa). I also hope they add heavy AA units, with heatseaking-missiles. But they definitely should add amphibious transport, for crossing rivers, marshes. I think this game is gonna have the Urban theme, so nice city detail with fully destructive houses etc. :D
@darkassassin911 I still see a ton of people on 1943. I have a 360 but I'm sure there are still many on the ps3. 15 bucks for 1943? good deal and lots of fun.
I don't really know why, but I LOVE this teaser. Since it can not be called a trailer. The bass on the soundtrack is just epic. This game has the possibility to be absolutely amazing.
I have to admit I liked Bad Company 2 more than Black Ops. I hope they make this one even better than BC2. The sniper fail in Black Ops was just to much for me, they ruined the experience. Don't get me wrong Black Ops was good, just not AS GOOD as BC2. As a side note I hope they keep the feature of letting people drive tanks, helicopters, etc. That was another thing I missed in Black Ops. "kill streaks" get annoying after ah while.
Thats nice but what about BF1943, are there ppl still playing that?? Is it fun? Are the servers still up?? For PS3
@darkassassin911 BFBC2 is very cheap now so defo worth buying, especially considering the 3rd one wont be out for a while seeing as we've only just received the teaser. It will take months from now for them to release it.
