Best Voice Acting

For as much as technology has progressed to the point that playing a game can now make you feel like you're watching a top-tier Hollywood movie, it's not just the code running a game that makes the experience. For a developer, going out and finding the best voice actors you can and molding their performances into believable characters is a critical part of any big-budget game. Whether we teared up with laughter or teared up with sadness, we've seen--and heard--some great performances this year. Here are the best of the best from 2009.

    Uncharted 2's voice acting was absolutely sublime, and so natural. Though Batman Arkham Asylum would be a close second for me.

    Dragon Age had pretty good voice acting, but seriously Uncharted 2 has the best voice acting I have seen in a long time. The improvising helps a lot

    The choice between Brutal Legend and Uncharted was tough, but I had to go with the first option. That voicework rocked.

    Dragon Age - making characters like Morrigan look so much like the actress that voices her makes it so much more familiar and easy to relate to. You can recognise the sarcasm in her voice from her other roles in Farscape and Stargate.

    @English-Lion

    We get your point. You like Dragon Age Origins. But it wasn't the best game of the year, you don't need to say it on every one of these.

    if it was a single character then the joker would win but overall i would have to say uncharted, GTA or dragon age
