Best Use of a Creative License

When you see the word "license" in the context of a video game, you probably think one of two things--it's going to be horrible, or someone should really make a game adaptation of the film License to Drive. OK, maybe not the second part, but many games based on licensed properties struggle to stay true to the popular characteristics of their licenses while not being terrible. But every so often we get a game that captures the essence of a license and uses it as a positive asset that enhances the overall experience. This category recognizes these games.

Deserved (never liked any of the DC heroes except batman, well any of the major ones at least) also they put on their Dubious honour awards that Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 was nominated as one of the worst use of license =P

This is the one single award I think Arkham deserves. They did an excellent job making Batman into a good game, just that there are so many other games that are better in other categories such as atmosphere.
