Loved the reference to "Close Encounters Of The Third Kind" with the bells and the synthesized response...

Spoiler warning: This is the beginning of BioShock Infinite.
Notes:1-The protagonist is called Hooker.
2-Isn't this the opening of Dishonored?
3-THE PROTAGINST CAN TALK!!WIN!!
@E25mad25 Actually this reminds me quite a bit of the opening of the first Bioshock game developed, "Rapture", which came out long before Dishonored. I like the similarity to the opening of the first game, as I'm a huge fan of the Rapture story having played both games and read the book. At first I felt slightly disappointed and quite skeptical to the new storyline, but after having seen the in-game footage and the development, there is no doubt in my mind this will a wonderful game, exceeding anything made before.
@E25mad25 his name is booker lol
Just got to finish 1 and 2 after finishing my gaming rig. Blew me out of the water like the first time I played 'It Came From The Desert' on the Amiga!
Looks beautiful, I hope there aren't any more delays as I want something to really push my HD7870 CrossFire to the limits (Frame-Per-Second-wise).
@petet75 This game won't do that. Try the original Crysis with max res. and detail and you'll know if your rig is good.
Fantastic intro. Love the word play at the beginning between the two on the boat with Booker, already raises some interesting questions.
Intriguing and disappointing samultaniously! Why do they giving this little pieces of info without providing further parts!
There better not be some windows live garbage. I loved both Bioshock games but could not stand having to log into windows live in the second game.
i played both BioShock (1 and 2).. the first was awesome but the second game i played it because i spent my money on it was LAME ..well for this one i shall wait for others players to give some opinions or reviews about it then i will see -_-
CooL.......... though i felt like the first Bioshock at the beginning........but this seems to be a great game no doubt..
This looks like it beats any game that came out this year already, I mean the fact that they spent so much time on this game "to make more exciting content" alone says its a game of high standards...
Give me that old time Bioshock Infinite, Give me that old time Bioshock Infinite, Give me that old time Bioshock Infinite, it?s good enough for me. This game looks a whole lot better then just good enough it looks great. I can not wait to play! I hope it is not delayed again.
I just love that it started off the coast in Maine. Maybe first time I have ever seen Maine used in a video game? If only for a couple minutes.
Another thing I want to mention is how many of the same songs the series uses with the former HBO series Carnivale.... makes sense if you think about it.
At first, I thought he was about to visit Rapture. I wonder if it exists in this world, and if there will be references.
@Bhemont If I recall correctly, Bioshock Infinite is merely a spiritual successor to the Bioshock games. If that is in fact true, Rapture wouldn't exist in this universe.
@Bhemont idk when exactly rapture was built but i dont think it was done at the time of this game.
