Can anyone help me get the infinity pistol?

I need help getting the infinity pistol! Ive been on this for weeks and I only got this level 7 required pistol that does only 50 damage! Im a level 35 so if anyone can help and give me a good damage infinity pistol for a level 35? Thanks my gamer tag on xbox is TheFancyCreeper

    i been trying to get the infinity pistol for over a week now and wont drop could u dupe or willing to trade have lvl 50 cc shotgun, baby maker, mine craft sniper and shotgun and couple others my GT is DES1CRATER for xbox
