Also got Metal Fear (Siren) and Alienati0n (Assassin) heads.

My next character is going to be Maya, so I think I should start getting some of the skins/heads now.

I would encourage someone to make a PSN chat specifically for trading, post their psn id in a thread and invite in people that would like access. The chats are an excellent means for quick trading and they also reduce the flood of similar posts on gamefaqs.

That's not a bad idea, but you'll always have people that accidentally delete the chat.

Because the truth is, people that want something are going to go straight to the board and ask. It's like that on every board here, go look.

It'll be a lot nicer when they come in the board and see that they can just post in the very first topic, and they don't have to go to the trouble of making their own. If people follow the (unbiased) guidelines I put down on the first post this can be a nice, clean topic where everybody can get what they want/need pretty quickly, because it'll all be in one area, and the info is stated clearly.

From what I've seen, people that have posted what they have followed my guidelines well. So far, not a single person has begged for a dupe, and people know what each other have, so there isn't any posts about asking. If this can get sticky'd, it's already showing it should work well. We got a while til 500 posts.
