Graphics
The graphics in this game are flawless for what it was aiming for not too serious but just realistic enough to look great. The game is cell shaded and the level of detail in every little thing is outstanding. The characters look great and the death animations are pretty good for the most part the detail in gore such as bullet holes in people are just not there. The game is violent but not so much that you will look at a death and grimace at it.

Game-play
This is a great game when it comes to game play it constantly keeps you on your toes and the RPG/FPS style fits in perfectly. The game is difficult you have to constantly get better weapons if you are a little out of date on your weapons you wont last long. The weapon inventory ranges from guns to shields and class/grenade mods and relics. Everything plays a factor remember that, you need to upgrade each one of these things throughout the game to survive. Bosses range from taking a few minutes to beat(The first boss) to maybe even an hour (The final boss). The co-op is where this game is focused on there is a drop in drop out 4 player co-op online and 2 player coop offline the game is basically the same but with help the enemies also get more difficult the more players there are. The gun play is good there are a wide array of guns but overtime gun play gets repetitive. Although there are many guns you will get bored because most of the missions are basically just kill lots of bad guys and grab your objective. The game-play could use something to keep itself alive but other than that its fun.

Story
The games story is where it really shines. The new story takes place in Pandora in these four areas. corrosive, desert, ice and slag. You play as one of four new vault hunters on a planet which is ruled by a corporation named Hyperion. Hyperion is lead by a man named Handsome Jack who hates vault hunters. You go through the game fighting the corporation and meeting some familiar faces such as Claptrap, Marcus, Scooter and the four vault hunters from the first Borderlands. Throughout the game there will be twists and secrets that you will find which is not hard considering the place where the secrets are will always be on your mini map.

Overall
The game is great some difficulty issues is a small price to pay for such a great game.
