Boderlands Freezing in load screen + every 20 minutes just playing.?

Hey all, wondered if someone could help me out

Whilest playing borderlands on my ps3, i keep getting stuck forever in loading screens, not for like a few minutes, but it literaly keeps loading for hours.

Also my Ps3 freezes every 20 minutes while i'm doing missions and stuff.

Anyone know how to solve this problem? I think it could be about my ps3, cuz it's 2 years old. But i've only got these problems with games like RE: 5, Boderlands and WET. CoD or any sports game works fine

I've experienced this aswell, only a couple of times though, once when loading a game from the initial menu and then again ingame. Just had to reset. Hasn't happened since though. I'm running this on a new PS3 slim.

Truthfully, it's your Ps3! Might wanna clean your harddrive and the general areas around your ps3. Dust can cause these problems and if not done on specific basis...can destroy your ps3. Check into cleaning it up!
