I must admit that I became lazy with this game. I purchased it when it came out & slowly stopped playing it due to the heavy releases of other phenomenal titles that were released this past year. Anyways, I wanted to complete this game, so I restarted and continued to do so....
What I found was almost an entirely new game in its self; I never "fully" paid attention to all the puzzles, the writings, and the pictures, etc... I completely missed all the subtle clues that lead to the "big picture" of the game (the underlying story). All I can really say without ruining anything is that I was taken aback by how involved this game is and found a new respect for it, and its innovation.
The only thing I can say that is the games downfall is re-playability, the speed runs are nice but once unlocking everything...and I mean "everything" this instant classic will only be pulled off the shelf and brushed off to be played every now and again.
Otherwise, yes this game is an experience for any fan RPG style player, or any story driven player (I would recommend everybody play this, but there's always those who disagree). If you want a story driven game that pulls you in with outstanding visuals, music, & story....I highly suggest you give this game a try ;)

Braid is a cleverly crafted puzzle and platforming game, but is a bit too light on content.
