I'll be getting this over Bulletstorm & Killzone 3. It's really appealing. My mates getting B'storm, so I'll do the swap around. And then wait for Dragon Age 2, finish it. Then purchase Crysis 2. Deadset, I'm not gonna have any social life for the next three months.
Would love a mutliplayer video to see what those maps will look like. Their style is so next gen hope other companies learn from this.

@kaven_rulz huh? the art style is new. look at the guy in the video, "ultra realistic cartoon" thats exactly what he looks like. Iv seen realistic, arcade realistic, gritty, cartoon, exaggerated cartoon, wash out, and the new favorite these last few years...cell shaded. but this...iv never seen. im very excited to get my hands on it. looks amazing, and the sounds of the guns are tight.
why the hell people are comparing this with borderlands? it doesn't even looks close lool you may be blind..the most close to this is rage i think...but this visuals just look outstanding

@jdino188 I'm sorry but i think the 1st game to use these graphics was prince of persia. You mean every game looks like prince of persia. Oh and almost no games look like this. lets see PoP, Borderlands, Crackdown, Brink, rage and army of 2 2 and that was only the environment. So lets see like 6 out of the 5 million games out there
@jdino188 examples? Honestly, this looks nothing like Borderlands. Borderlands had a comic feel to it, even a cel-shaded feel, (but it wasn't cel-shaded). The outline of the characters were very "thick." it was more cartoon than realistic. As for Brink, the video said what it shows. It was exaggerated realism. Little similarities but Brink is more "realistic" compared to Borderlands. The Claptrap, for example, can just roll into Brink and fit in as for the other characters of Borderland, they stick out too much. Maybe it's just the colours but they look nothing alike.
... i've confused Brink with Fallout 3 and Borderlands... not complaining, just sayin'... but the game looks AWESOME...
i look at all the comments and they are all suppporting this game what i like best is how they dont quit while some developers will make a game with a single edge like graphics or art style but that all the game has to offer brink is like i gian fricken pwnzor sword with 10 different edges art style, gameplay, SMART, Customization, Story, Multiplayer all this stuff its really cool even blurred genres which i love in games
Still looking awesome. So has Splah Damage clearly stated yet that some major inspiration came from Mirror's Edge? Seriously now.
One thing is for certain, it is the most interesting looking shooter that is on the horizon. It seems to be stepping out from the pack in terms of it's look and overall design. While I love the look of it, it remains to be seen how the overall package turns out. I am definitely digging what I am seeing, though. Looking forward to it.
Whenever i see their slogan changing from "Evolution Begins" to "Revolution Begins", it always gives me the chills.
