How do I start showtime road rules?

For showtime hit L1 and R1 at the same time to start. Whatever road you are on when you start is the road you will set the rule on, no matter where you go during the showtime.

For time road rules you have to enter a road from the start of it and travel along it to the end of it without leaving that road. For example to set a time road rule on E. Crawford drive you have to pass by where E. Crawford begins to the very end of it without leaving the road. Check your map in game and hit time road rules so you can look at each road and it will show you the start and end of each road.
