    I have Windows 7 64bit Premium and it works for me. I got mine on steam. Also, I don't know if this is true or not but I have heard that in some places the game has not been released yet. Steam will allow you to install the game but if you live in a country where the game has not been released yet the game will remain locked and unplayable. I heard it was a November 7th release date for some places.
