Natural reflex is to ADS before firing no matter what kind of conflict, and my doing that has probably caused at least half my deaths in this game given the size of the maps. I suck out loud at blindfiring, even though my accuracy is usually damn good ADS. I get way too used to having quickdraw/SoH in CoD games and struggle without it.

Another chronic reloader here too. I try to use guns with quick reloads like the FAL or AN to compensate. LMGs are the bane of my existence...6 second reloads and I hit the button when I still have 92 bullets left in a 100 round mag.

I sprint/rush way too much as well. In TDM/KC, my two main modes, I get a ton of kills but a ton of moron deaths too. I can't camp well, I'm not patient enough. I also check every corner when I'm trying to defend an area and as soon as I turn to do something else, a dude will appear just out of my sight not two seconds later from where I was just looking. Every. Single. Time.

I get way too locked into my classes and don't try anything else. Right now, every single class of mine has Ghost, Hardline, and Engineer as the perks. Every single one also runs a suppressor and a Black Hat. Only thing that changes between them is the gun and the kind of sights used, if any.

I rely to much on the hitmarkers from grenades usually putting the enemy on guard before I get there. Not using a silencer because of me being stubborn and thinking it was useless until i started wearing a headset.

Too much rushing and too much reloading here too, which is a very deadly combination.... for me, not for the opponents.

Plus: if a team mate covers an area in my back, I consider this area covered. Bad mistake.

I have a habit of waving my knife at an enemy that surprises me when we both turn the corner. Usually from 20 feet away, and always resulting in my death.

This. I always imagine the situation like this:

My guy: *Running, running, running. Sees enemy 20 feet away. Throws knife in the air* "Hi!!!!!!! Do you want to hang out?"

Enemy: *Running, running, running. Runs into some noob cake flailing his little knife in the air like he is swatting at mosquitos* "Easy kill!!

My guy: $%$^(*^%$#^&(^()*&^(%&^$&^*&^&*(^*%$^&$& followed by more frowned-upon-words.

Does anyone else catch themselves not adjusting to the fact that they are running a semi-auto?

It happens to me all the time in gun game, but once in awhile during multi-player too.

Dying, is my worst habit. I die all the time!

I'm guilty of a lot of things mentioned in this topic from time to time. I've gotten better about reloading and it has made a load of difference. I usually have to stay aware of my reloading, because I'll do it out of habit sometimes. I also sprint a tad too much at times and it costs me a few deaths around corners. And I'm guilty of picking up tags too early. I often forget that there's usually more than 1 guy at a time.

When with my knife only class, charging at an enemy that is clearly looking at me. I don't even know why I do it, because I know i'm going to just get shot. Maybe I subconsciously hope that the enemy will go "OH MY GOD, THAT CRAZY UNARMED GUY IS RUNNING RIGHT AT ME!! RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY!".

I carry concussion grenades on my knife-only class just for this. Fling a concussion at their face, then sprint at their left or right side.

    - panic knifing

    - reloading after every kill

    - crouching...just leads to head shots

    - thinking that peaking out windows or to the side of walls makes me hard to see.

for awhile there i was picking up guns all the time, but wasn't familiar with them enough to know which were semi-auto and which weren't.

so, periodically, i would come up on someone, "COUNT THE SHELLS MOTHA- hey wait a second, this is semi auto." dead.

I reload too often, and it always ends up being at the wrong time.

    this all the time.

This. Also, when an enemy pops up really close, I have a tendency to mash down the right analog with more pressure than needed as I'm trying to turn in their direction. This causes me to knife when I don't want to, and I lose so many gun fights to this.

reload after every kill, yup this got me killed a lot.

And I always fire a certain amount of bullets on a person. Normaly that amount whould killd it but a lot of times it doesnt >_>

I reload my weapon every time I get a kill unless if there are multiple targets in my sight. And I accidentally press the X button a lot whenever I die and wanted to know how I got killed. I sometimes panic knife when an enemy randomly appears in my face. In objective game mode, I am too focused on the objective that I get myself killed and I am having trouble trying to balance myself playing both the objective and getting kills.

Reloading too much and at the wrong times, and pulling off the trigger too early when spraying an enemy, which doesn't kill them and they end up killing me because of it.

My top issue is reloading. I get a kill and always tap square right after. Even if its one bullet. On any gun.

A sillier issue is using the Tacticion wildcard and pulling out a Black Hat and pointing it directly at the guy who is going to kill me.

And my last issue is thinking that knifing in this game is any good and panic knifing a guy who is running past me. It always worked in MW3, but not here.

Ha, Yup. The only difference is I have tac layout. That's right, I'm a panic dropshotter. I am that guy you see in the final kill cam who drop shots while shooting a guy in the back.
