Dual Band: Is there a way to turn off the infrared?

I saw someone earlier with a scope that looked similar to the dual band on a MK48, but there was no infrared and the reticle looked like 3 circles stacked on top of each other with a line through it. Looked cool but I have never seen a scope like that before, or at least, didn't recognize it.

I have all the scopes and every reticle, so just scratching my head. I sent the guy a message asking him, but he didn't respond.

Anyone have any ideas which scope it is? TIA.

I was thinking perhaps there was a way to turn off the infrared on the dual band, but tried many button combos to no avail.

Was it an ACOG with a different reticule?

It's the variable zoom. Do not equip any other scope, just the zoom.
