How comes all the ''PRO'' players (xjawz, seananners) have such terrible W/L?

Do you get a loss if you dashboard? If so, is it possible these so called pros dashboard to save their precious k/d? I looked through their recent games and they are all 0/1, 0/1, 1/1, 3/5. This is constant. Every once in a blue moon a decent k/d game comes up (but they still lose the match).
Whats the deal?

they are not pro players in terms of competitions. they make money through advertising from their videos. there videos are popular because they regularly put up high k/d games.
to go up vs a team of people who haven't a clue how to shoot their gun let along shoot down their killstreaks don't come that often. so they just rage quit after 3 deaths.

They're not pro's. They're just popular youtubers.
And they quit the games until they find noobs so they can get "impressive" youtube gameplay. that's it.

I've ran into xjawz like 3 or 4 times, and each time he quit when he realized that his gameplay wasn't Youtube-worthy. These guys are in it for the business, and they won't stick around if the content their trying to produce sucks.

Maybe because they look out for top players? If they're "pro" then surely they want to be playing with people at that level, it's inevitable that you're w/l ratio isn't going to be amazing if you're playing top teams/players constantly.
Don't follow pro players nor heard of them however it's either that or they constantly back out like people have said.

No. They lobby shop. They just quit over and over until they find a lobby full of bad players so they can get their YouTube footage. It's well known and common practice.
