I like the Medals in this game. I wish it had Accolades like MW3 as well.

It was always fun to see who had the most of whatever Accolade on your friends list or even check out the lobbies to try to see how people play. In MW3 I got into the top 1000 for 'most C4 kill' accolades and the top 1000 for most rocket kill accolades. I had a friend who was in the top 300 for 'Most Final Stand Kills' and he would brag about it all the time. I honestly think he was a better player while in Final Stand than normally. He'd pull off ridiculous killfeeds. One game he was trying for a MOAB after being on a good streak, and got the last 3 kills for it while in final stand....

Do you guys miss accolades as well? I think it added another level of fun to the game.

Yeah it was interesting to check out while in between games. It was interesting to see what kind of players your friends were. I had nearly double anyone else on my friends list of the "Most hipfire kills" accolade (even though a lot of friends had played for longer) but I think the competition would be a lot tougher for that accolade in this game.

Yeah I really miss this. It was always fun trying to stop your friends getting certain accolades when you're partied up. Like best k/d & most kills.

I also enjoyed being in the top 1500 in nomad on mw3.

And I like that first blood is a medal. I don't like that it doesn't shout it across the match anymore. I love hearing first blood and seeing a player card flash up.

I agree that was pretty nifty to see at times.

Friends and I would always compete for random accolades. Even the stupid ones like 'most pistol kills'. It would turn into just a game of us running around with whatever weapon trying to get that accomplished.

We used to have camp-offs too sometimes going for 'most stationary kills'. It just added some pizzazz to the game trying to go for some of the stupid things.

I had a friend go 65-0 in Mission sniping on the C flag. He actually never moved once and dropped an Assault MOAB. Even calling in his Reapers and such he just went prone in the one place.
