my black ops 2 doesnt work even though its brand new! please help!

So i bought Black Ops 2, and it always said unreconized disk, or it would just say open tray, or the odd time it would say "play black ops 2" but then once i clicked on it then it would say disk is dirty/not readable.....
so i took it back and got a second copy, same thing, took it back and got a third copy, still the same thing, so im pretty sure getting a fourth copy wont do anything, i dont understand what is wrong.
it could be my xbox, but my xbox plays EVERYTHING else i own perfectly fine, its ONLY black ops 2 that doesnt work, i do have an older white xbox but ive read about people having this same problem even though they have a black or slim or any type of newer one.
i feel like i litterly just threw $60 away for no reason, because it will not work, i have tried all the things people are saying to do, ive deleted my battle field files, ive tried playing offline, online, signed in, signed out, ive cleared cache, ive done everything people say.
i have not called anyone yet, i wouldnt even know who to call, microsoft or activision, ive read about alot of people calling both and they just blame it on each other, or they dont know what to do, or just offer to send out a replacment copy, (which wont do anything, im on my third disk already) so i dont think calling will do much.

You need to try the game on a friends console. If it works then the disc is fine and its your xbox that's broke.

- Feb 10, 2013 6:46 pm GMTAre you a camper?? no seriously it seems as though campers are being targeted, the only people that have this problem are campers.I am a 50/50(camper/runner) If you put a brand new disc in, mark my words it will work but as soon as you turn it off and then back on it will not work again....Take my word for this I have had this happen to me 5 times. and each time I have returned the disc and gotten a new one and it works fine until i turn it off again. All other games work fine. try putting the 1st blk ops in. My guys at game stop have told me that they are launching an investigation because I am not the only one who has complained about this. Quite frankly it is costing them money I am on my fifth disc which I have only paid for one. no multiply that by maybe 500 and watch the profits dwindle. Try it and see rent the game and see what happens. Trust me IT IS NOT YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!
