Nuketown standard vs Hardened code

I've got a situation here. I bough the standard Black ops 2 on Launch day, and used the Nuketown code. However, the very next day, the wife had bought me the hardened edition that she knew i wanted but thought impossible to find. My questons are:

1) should i also use the hardened edition nuketown code too or

2) would i be better off selling that with the staandard black ops 2 (non hardened version), then buy the $50 season pass? I'm definately needing/ wanting the 4 extra maps, and don't beleive that's included in the hardened edition.
