This is the reason I uninstalled this POS a while ago.

I mentioned all this would occur back then and it isn't shocking or a surprise in any way. I could explain why there are numerous hackers in this game...some blatant...many others are more subtle...but they are there...and their numbers grow by the day.

To those that refuse to believe it due to innocent ignorance or sheer willful ignorance, I really don't care about such people...as they are irrelevant to the facts.

Let this be a lesson to those with a decent IQ, stop supporting devs like 3arch and publishers like Activision. They don't care about their customers at all...only your money. All while further implementing more nefarious precedents in this industry.

There are much better products out there made by superior developers that know how to treat their customers with integrity and sincerity.

This seems to be the case, Of the 3 odd days worth of play time i have. I've only seen 1 hacker.
Just 1. But it may just be a case of there not being many Australians that hack, and/or If 1% of people hack, the amount of people who play from my region being far smaller than say the US or EU, there will be a far smaller amount of hackers.

"To those that refuse to believe it due to innocent ignorance or sheer willful ignorance, I really don't care about such people...as they are irrelevant to the facts."

So you're choosing to disregard questioning voices because they don't automatically agree with you?

Wouldn't it be better to work out what's going on here? I, and many others, are not seeing many (if any) hackers. Perhaps we're blind to it but I have been playing these games for a long time now, so I am probably as good at spotting hackers as you are.

Join me in playing hardcore TDM between 10pm and 2am GMT. See what I see and tell me if you still see hackers.

Alternatively, let me know when and what you play. I'll try to replicate your experience and see.

To the doubters, I can name some names here, or via PM for you to investigate personally. I agree with the OP that the number of hackers (wallers, especially) seem to be increasing.

I've noticed the strange tendency for players to automatically doubt a person's accusations without paying attention to enemy killcams. People need to understand that hacking is a serious issue. I haven't been able to play well these past two weeks because I've been nabbed by wallers frequently, moreso now than ever.

I dont think any of us have ever said we doubted that there are hackers, if you had read most of the aboves posts you would see that.

Most of the time, people jump to the conclusion of someone being a waller far to often. I've seen it myself and had it happen to me quite a fair bit. I someone is any good at this game, they are branded as a hacker even if the difference between a waller and a skilled player as quite different.

I'll try upload a clip of a final kill that i made, that had a whole room of people calling me a hacker and saying i was getting reported, simply because of being lucky.

    EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBktJMlBJW8

You tell me, am i hacking?

    @tishstar

Yes, I'm a doubter but only because I'm just not seeing the problem. I -suspect- that it's because I mainly play hardcore TDM. If that's the case, then there's an option open to people who're getting worn down by hackers.

I'm not posting questions and challenges to troll, I want to make things better.

For what it's worth, when I started playing Black Ops 2, I'd been VAC checked twice. That covers my time playing MW2, Black Ops and MW3. I've now been checked 9 times. I'm not playing much better than I have done in the past, so it looks like they're a bit more serious about banning hackers this time round.

Yes...I am. Because those voices that disagree, by the majority, factually, do not fully understand what they are speaking about. Nor will I waste time attempting to instruct them in the folly of their own thinking. One, because it will be a waste of my time...two..and most importantly...would grossly violate the policies of these forums if I did.

Now...if those that required said education regarding these issues still need a helping hand, there is this particular called search engines. With that tool you can easily find the numerous "proofs" you so intellectually require to understand the situation at hand regarding this game.

If I have to say more...then those asking are in serious need of re-education.
  • Jan 31, 2013 2:55 am GMT
So... people who do not agree with me are wrong and I'm going to bury my head in the sand?

Don't get me wrong, I'm assuming you can tell the difference between a good player, a player on a lucky streak and a hacker. Sometimes the first two can be mistaken for hacking (especially by those who're having a bad time) but I'll do you the courtesy of assuming you're not mistaken.

With thousands of games under my belt over the years, I think it's reasonable to assume that I know what I'm talking about. Or rather, it would be unreasonable to assume that I don't.

That leaves us with the situation where you're beset by hackers and I'm not. So why is this? If we can work out why, it gives you the opportunity to change game mode and come up against honest players.

Bear in mind that I get no benefit from this. No matter what you do, I still go home and have good gaming sessions. I, and others here, are just trying to help you. Why not let us?

<< there are hackers yes but not as many as people cry about >>

No slick , there are more hackers then you think and people are not crying about them for no reason.

Anti hacking measures for this game are by their track record non existent , and the fact that when you google "black ops II hacks and cheats" you get literally swamped with offers of cheap and undetectable hacks should make you critically analyze your own deluded postings

At least they could have made some effort of an announced blanket ban on a couple of thousand of hacked accounts before the launch of their 50$ DLC , I might have reinstalled the game and bought the damn thing myself

But nooooooo, what's good for the goose is good for the gantry , Treytech actively supporting the hacking industry by letting them do their thing with impunity , actively collaborating with them by screwing their customer base

Like the crew on MW3 said to me last week , no more money for steam from us !

To janway's list I want to add this guy I played with last night who is a perfect example of a blatant waller

    http://steamcommunity.com/id/kswizzy/

    MrFeeny

It's just sad that no justice is done. Reporting these kinds of players does... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I feel like posting it on the steam forums, but that'll probably backfire because of some BS rule against it.
  • Feb 1, 2013 12:24 am GMT
Here's another one. A rather ugly fellow too I might add.

    http://steamcommunity.com/id/SMuzz/

    SMuzz.

    Extremely obvious.
  • Feb 1, 2013 1:25 am GMT
I can't edit it, so I have to rectify my last post.

After threatening to report this fellow in-game, he changed his name and privated his account (as if to hide his identity and circumvent a ban).

    http://steamcommunity.com/id/SMuzSMuz/

Here is his new ID, for now.

Sure you did slick, sure you did . Now how about YOU proving that you got swarm just by using a pistol ?

See , nowdays people are posting videos , calling your bluff it seems . Funny that.

All you offer in return are claims that you and your crew regularly get scores like
116: 10 and that now that you get swarm even with a pistol.

Posting links to your streams aint gonna cut it , nobody is going to sit around watching hours of podge16 stroke his keyboard , waiting around for him to get to that magic 100 points per map that he claims he scored ( a number which BTW , I might add have NEVER seen in all my 350 hours of play , not even with a rampant hacker ).

See now we want YOU to prove that you did all these wonderful things .

In the meantime if you need to know what hackers are about you can :

a)Get gazillions of videos are available of wallahckers and others in this game , and people seem to be posting more and more here now .

    b) Do a simple engine search for hacks for this game yields another gazillion of hacks available for anybody to obtain .

    c) Ask the e company itself who is on record saying that they banned thousands of accounts already and post ban hammer warnings with regularity

The burden of proof is now on YOU slick . You claim a lot , mind backin your claims up ?
