From only playing the multiplayer I can say that this game feels good. The ballistics work better then past titles; feeling very reminiscent of COD 4 which in my opinion was the best COD game of them all. The maps allow for strategic game play; meaning holding key points on the map, and does it in a way that each spawn has a advantage and disadvantage; which makes the gameplay fair. The new token upgrade system is cool and allows for more customization for the different classes (Assault, SMG, LMG, Shotgun, and Sniper). The new system also makes it easier for players to create their classes to fit their playing style. From what I've played, the servers seem to be working pretty well; meaning no or little to no lag. One of my favorite new things added to the multiplayer lobby is the ability to mute all players not in your party (much easier then muting people one by one. All in all I've had a pretty good experience with the game so far and am happy that I purchased it.
