Get a behind the scenes featuring David Goyer, Trent Reznor, and Treyarch for Call of Duty Black Ops II.
Very good, but this one is better:
check out this vid guys its awesome!!!!
WE DONT CARE!!!!.....All the bloody games now are trying to emulate over the top hollywood action. Just justify a good game with great mechanics and satisfying shooting, and i think youl be golden! Geez
The first Black Ops was interesting enough for me to play through the SP. With the talent behind this one, I hope the same can be said for the sequel.
Could people still be duped into buying the same game over and over again? Yes. Could this top MW3's sales? Maybe. Who knows. This is the world we live in. And I'm ok with it.
wow, reznor loves the call of duty series and plays it all the time. HE wanted to write the opening theme, yeah, let's lose respect for a musician for doing something he wanted to do. you're an idiot tentaculat. let him live his life and he sure doesnt care if you respect him or not
the only reason i first got a COd game was zombie mode in black ops , after that y played MW2 and 3 , y dont really HAte cod , but the only game i really enjoy was black ops . just for the fun of split screen (something very important for me ) so my only wish is they bring zombies back in split screen, besides that everything is secondary to me and i still preffer a new Shin megami tensei or metal gear over this :) just one guy opinion fell free torespond if u agree or if u dont :)
@MrOnage Yeah, I don't like shooters. That's probably why I rate lowly only those who don't deserve more ;) but hey, I won't stop you. Keep making a fool out of yourself, you're the only one with something to prove around here anyway !
infinity ward is actually the heart of cod games..and treyarch just uses iw's game engine..btw all cod games are actually brilliant..
Looks good, I prefer Treyarch's COD games, but Halo 4 first, then maybe I will get BLOPS 2 when it's cheaper.
It's nice to see they have been so busy on figuring out the story, but in the light of the previous games I wonder how long it will take to complete.
I still can't figure why these cheap sob's won't invest in a new engine, or license someone else's. They're raking in cash hand over fist with this IP yet they keep recycling the same dated visuals every time. I haven't bought one of their games in a long time just off principal really. If they ever stop recycling the same garbage over and over and update their visuals I might give the series another go. Not saying the game is ugly but it's very obviously dated compared to what can be done at present.
They are not allowed to make a new engine by activision because their game must get 60 frames per second on the consoles. and that is not possible with a new game engine.
@MrOnage And why do you think they're not allowed to do so?
@WolfGrey Dont forget choppy games are about as bad as lag so if framerate drops often to many people will be pissed especially if it happens online and you can't tell what your doing.
@Rovelius Your welcome.
@WolfGrey Yaaaaay, finally some sense around here.
@MrOnage Again : And why do you think they're not allowed to do so? As in, what's the REASON ActiVision is putting up these bs limits? ;)
It was in an official game magazine from one of the journalists who had been to a press event of black ops II and asked that question to one of the game designers.
@MrOnage You keep believing that. Go ahead.
because activision has a 60 frames per second policy. that means that COD must have 60 frames per second on the consoles. if they make a new gaming engine, they won't get 60 frames per second on this generation of consoles.
I enjoyed the single player campaigns of Infinity Ward, and the multiplay of Treyarch. However, until they upgrade the game engine, my money will go to Medal of Honor/BF3. Once you've enjoyed/experienced the outstanding visual/audio quality of an engine like Frostbite 2, you're spoiled; for me anyway, I won't take a step backwards for Activision.....
@CapZac I would support activision over ea. ea is much more greedy and their game engine isnt really good either on the consoles. (pc looks so much better)
@sergiodoom Sorry i get more enjoyment driving nails through my foot.
