I'm not even a COD fan and yet it is so hard to resist playing with a fun campaign, awsome multiplayer, and the fun new spec ops mode can be enjoyable.
Story
I don't know much about it but it's been 5 years since Captain Price killed.... that Russian guy. Anyways you play as new characters Allen, Roach, and Ramirez. It is up to you search and defeat a new terrorist threat Makorov. That's pretty much it.
Presentation
Unlike COD 4 MW2 is much more improved besides the gameplay. The campaign is very fun but it's freaking short. Even on Veteran the story mode can be completed in a day. However that's what the COD fans care about it's the multiplayer but I'll talk about later. The campaign is much more detailed than in COD 4. Now in MW2 you'll never get lost because it'll always show you where to go and what to do. There's also a new game mode Spec Ops. If you have a buddy online or offline you can play parts from the campaign that require a lot of teamwork and is really challenging.
Graphics
The game looks beautiful and I thought Uncharted was the only game that had amazing visuals.
Sound
The voice acting is very good as always especially the guy acting for Soap. The guns sound realistic which is amazing. Not so much for the music though.
Gameplay
Regular fun COD gameplay aim, shoot, use vehicles and it never gets old.
Multiplayer
Once again the almighty epic multiplayer from COD 4 is back. Perks, adding thing to your guns, leveling up, and getting prestige are back. The newest thing is killstreaks. If you get a certain amount of kills without dying you can get a predator missle, call in a chopper, or even drop a nuke to end the match.
Bad Stuff
What really annoyed me in MW2 was the dumb friendly AI. They always get in your way and sometimes take cover behind explosives. They also never really help you. Also the story sucks although I love the characters all you did was take orders. Don't even get me started on the campaign length.
Replay Value
Campaign will disappoint you but you'll play multiplayer forever and ever and EVAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!
