This was the 2nd CoD That I purchased (The first one being WaW). For a shooter it's not bad. The Gameplay is quite fluid. The maps were done well. I enjoyed the cold, snowy, brisk feeling from certain levels. The guns feel about the way they should. Overall mechanisms aren't exactly unique. I've seen much better schematics. The Campaign wasn't half bad. (If you enjoy campaigns you'll enjoy this one) If you haven't played this game yet. If you're looking for a war game that tests your coordination skills and strategies (and luck) Either rent it or get it used. Modern Warfare 2 is a game for persons seeking a FPS release that's a bit easier on your wallet. I spent roughly 20-40 hours before I felt it was time to insert a different disc. Last but not least, would I recommend this to a friend? No, I wouldn't.
