No Nukes or MOAB's at all because if they are in there people will boost for them.

Before anything else I'd do: Have dedicated servers first and foremost.

No more grinding for stuff. Either everything is unlocked immediately or progression hinges on CoD points only, so people can play the way they want with what they want ASAP instead of grinding for it, because grinding is obnoxious and a waste of time in an online FPS.

I'd either remove the stealth perk because there's no point in having it if you can just shoot down the UAV stuff, or I'd bring back Juggernaut and Stopping Power and put that and the UAV Jammer in a separate perk list so that they aren't competing with the other perks and would actually balance things out like in CoD4.

Personally I'd reign the killstreaks in to Black Ops 1 levels, and perhaps put Hardline in with the SP/Juggernaut/UAV Jammer list so that if you choose it you gain the Support Strike Package effect of your killstreaks not resetting when you die. So if you were determined and you wanted killstreaks you could get them if you got the kills/played the objective/whatever. OR I'd just bring the streaks in to CoD4 levels and make it to where everything is 3-4-7 and while there's variety the killstreaks aren't as overwhelming as they have been in recent games so Hardline wasn't needed. Or, bring the strike packages back and tweak them up. No nukes or MOABs as the above stated, as people will boost for them.

There's other crap I'd tinker with but those are the major ones.

    I would:
    1) Remove lag compensation
    2) Make all weapons OP so that everything is usable
    3) Create larger maps (like in MW2)
    4) Bring back Stopping Power
    5) Create one perk that hides the user from kill streaks and uav etc..
    6) Remove all other stealth perks
    7) Better titles and emblems
    8) Rehire old Infinity Ward cause I don't know what I'm talking about or doing <_<

I would make it exactly like MW2 right down to the very last details, except it would be unhackable.

No quickscoping. Its a dream of mine not to see some spinning green triangles on my map.

Also, bigger maps that require tactics and strategy, as well as allow some time to breathe rather than these ADHD maps where you run to point A and either get killed or kill someone else.

    No knives.

If I were in charge of making the next Call Of Duty game, I would give the aging series a major overhaul, but it will still be a 1st person shooter. And here's the changes:

    Campaign gameplay:

1- Every weapon is based on their actual accuracy, reliability, and stopping power.
2- Weapons can now jam (even on the enemies).
3- Enemies can now run out of ammo, and have the intelligence to switch or search for another weapon.
4- Close-quarters combat is now possible, but you can still get a quick kill if you get the enemy by surprise.
5- You can hold more than 2 weapons.
6- You no longer have complete health regeneration. You can find health packs like in most early games. You can also use use portable medikits similar to Duke Nukem 3D to heal yourself anytime.
7- Enemies can now be blown to pieces with explosive weapons.

In terms of storyline, If the next COD game should be a Modern Warfare 4 here are new factions:

    Good Guys:

    1- U.S. Navy SEALS
    2- British SAS
3- 707th Special Mission Battalion (South Korea)
    4- Mossad
    5- Spetznaz

    Bad Guys:

1- North Korean Special Operations Force
    2- Quds Force (Iran)
    3- Chinese Special Forces
    4- Shadow Company
5- Black Star (fictional multi national Shadow Syndicate & main antagonist organization)

Captian John Price should die in a very brutal, saddening, & angering manner. (I'm evil.)

    Multiplayer gameplay:

1- Faction selection is no longer random. You can now select any side you want.
2- The MOAB is no longer available.
3- VX poison gas is introduced (with the acid-like dissolving effects from the movie "The Rock."
4- Calling airstrikes, predator missiles, nukes, etc. are not earned by kill streaks in a row anymore. They are now earned by the amount of points (cash) you earn in multiplayer by killing other players, and can be reserved for future multiplayer matches.
5- Kill streaks are now for multiplying the amount of points (cash) you earn from killing other players.
6- Each faction can also be leveled up so that you can unlock various types of items that are exclusive to each faction whether they are secret weapons, character customization, etc.
