@Eclips360 On PC, definitely. But on consoles, the beta proved differently.

@cshourihan uhhh... the stat tracking part of elite is free, the paid version basically gets all DLC (which is cheaper overall if you get all the map packs anyway), more gameplay recording time, some kind of video service, and access to exclusive tournaments and challenges for winning real life prizes. The stuff behind paid elite is definitely not necessary or game changing, so I wouldn't get it, but it's not fair to make false claims on what you have to pay for.

Activi$ion took a service that has been free since battlefield 2 and is now proceeding to charge money for it. (Seriously, just go to bf2s or any similar site. Comprehensive stat tracking for, you guessed it, zero dollars) CoD elite is going to be the largest circlejerk-athon ever.

What about all the hackers? Cheating your way to the top is easy when only online ranking is concerned.

I think it's time for me to use another one of my limited use fanboy-comment coupons. This trailer pretty much proves that the Xbox360 is a Call of Duty console.

I don't know where all the hate is coming from. CoD is a good game, but so is Battlefield. These two are the major competitors in the FPS scene. I like them both and I can't wait for both of them.

This time MW just don't deliver the marchandise and BF is so much refreshing and greatly balance it make me think of MW1. Sorry C.O.D but im not a fanboy anymore.

bf3 good presentation nice enviroment little hard to kill people but i unertsand its challenging....mw3 good presentation eager to see how story ends cant wait to use old an new guns yea same format but i like it especially when u play with freinds so i understand what each game brings to the table so ill get both im a working man so its fine

@AdderD 1 you contradict your stament on maturity. 2 the beta's lack of quality and diversity was intentional ( they (gamedevelopers) use it so that they can tweak online gamplay to perfection for the real game.) 3 (in COD) the whole one hit kills with the side blade doesn't really constitute 'quality' gameplay, nevermind 'warfare'. COD died after the second, and i mean... "why bother working on a team, ill just run around aimlessly witha massive gun OR my puny knife an slice people" haha. 4 i just wasted my time pointing out the obvious .

i say we need a new WW2 shooter, either from CoD, BF, or perhaps even MoH. I loved all the older games, and from what i see of BF3 and MW3, i KNOW they could pump out a jaw dropping WW2 shooter!!!

i dont know about anyone else, but im still waiting for a new kick @$$ WW2 cod or battlefield lol. Im sorry but i will never be bored of ww2 haha. I remember CoD 1 where your in a hanger/building defending a tank while its being repaired, having to repel rocket launcher dudes and crap. good times in bf1942 too lmao online was fun.

I m a COD fan and i am not planning on quiting now. I believe tha BF 3 will rock and also COD MW 3. Both games are great and gamers will support them based on what kind of FIrst-Person Shooter they like so i dont understand why people keep whining. BOTH games will sell and probably COD MW 3 will sell more. I like the fast action type of shooter like COD and also multiplayer and gameplay are perfect for me. Also i've been playing COD since day 1 on PC, Xbox 360 and now on PS 3 and i dont understand why people dont see the difference between them. The graphics always improve and if you play older versions you'll see the difference. The gameplay doesnt change much but thats the point, it doesnt need to change its always perfect. Anyway i ll probably buy both games cause both look COOL. Forgive my english!! :)
