Where can I find Ring Of Varda and God's Garb?

God' Garb is obtainable in Black Marble Gallery, it is a drop from the Guardians. Equip double Rings of Arcana to gain more chance of getting it.
The Ring of Varda is obtainable after beating the game. You should have the label "REPLAY" in your file to get it. It can be obtained either in Coliseum or in Reverse Outer Wall, a drop from Paranthropi. You can farm your rings out from Reverse Outer Wall, where two/three Paranthropi linger (above the room of Creature)

God's Garb is only obtainable from Guardians in the Reverse Castle's Black Marble Gallery while Ring of Varda from Paranthropus
Ring of Varda is only obtainable after having a CLEAR or REPLAY save of the game (I still haven't obtained this one to be honest, but multiple people have confirmed it) Best area of farm it would be in the Reverse Castle's Colosseum where multiple Paranthropus will appear some of the paths.
