Is it possible to sell the rusted blade?and if so can you get it back?
Aug 2, 2009 8:00 am GMT
The "Rusted Blade" is a "Key Item", and therefore cannot be sold. It becomes a weapon after it is fixed though, alowing you to sell it. A fixed "Rusted Blade" is an "Icewyrm".

I apologize if this has already been answered.
The first time through this game, I killed magus rather than recruiting him. My question is that if I recruit him, is it possible to get Crono back on my team at a later time in the game. will I ultimately have to choose between 1 of them? Thanks

You will get both of them. You never have to choose between characters in this game as far as who permanently joins.

I have a question: If I have a working ps1 version of this game, is it worth it to get the DS version?

But it was horrible. For everyone. Including you.

Just in case anyone has trouble with the LARA password (because it took me several tries): After it says "enter password" and you hit the A button to clear the text, you pretty much have to immediately hit LARA. I saw a few threads telling people to pause for a second between each letter, but I found that if I did that, it would reset and tell me to enter the password again. If you have trouble figuring out how fast to type it in, this video should help (because you can hear the chimes as Lucca enters the password). It prevented me from hurling my DS out the window: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gOe2te7vAI

RevenantThings I just wanted to let you know, for your Technique FAQ you screwed something up, you listed for Master Mune that Robo needs Laser Spin. As it happens I sat there for half an hour trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and why I couldn't use Master Mune (Had the upgraded Masamune, had the gold gemstone equipped, had frog squash/arise/laser spin) but it turned out that it actually needed heal beam learned.
Just an FYI

"[503] Is ____ a time paradox?
No. This is a video game. Let it die."
*Nerd Rage Alert*
If you can so casually claim that "_____" is NOT a time paradox, without any given explanation, you obviously haven't studied the game hard enough. "This is a video game" is a desperate excuse to avoid thinking things through and the ultimate cop out when it comes to discussing video games.

I agree, but really anytime time travel is involved, when is there not a paradox? Also...

The point is that the developers probably didn't intend for there to canonically be a paradox, and it's just a plot hole.
