I'm a little ashamed to say I hadn't done this until earlier this year. It's one of those things that just slipped my mind until a discussion one day when I realized I never finished without warps, though I had definitely played all the levels at one time or another. So I got it out and an hour later accomplished it. Felt pretty good surprisingly.

This was a long time ago...back in the fun times of 1989. I think I knew about two of the warp zones...and I am sure I used at least one in most of my playthroughs. I am sure I did a no-warp game. I do know for a fact I did that with SMB3...as I did not know about the whistles or anything of the sort.

*Signs* I just beat it today for the first time but I had to create restore points. I played this on my Nintendo 3DS. I also have this game via Super Mario All-Stars on SNES and I never beaten this game on the SNES (and I didn't know that SMB was a NES game when I was little)
